Receive Forbidden Error when trying to share with LinkedIn

My client’s site has stopped accepting LinkedIn shares with a Permission Error. I checked that no permissions were changed. Facebook share still works. A sample error is below. I receive this on any blog posts.
I am unable to upgrade her account right now because of a few other conflicts we are working to fix. I didn’t create the site. I’m just trying to help fix it.
I did upgrade to the latest wordpress social ring.
