Receive mail when affiliate registration’s request

    Hello,

    Is it possible to receive a mail when a user registers for an affiliation?

    For now, I have to check the WP dashboard for seeing if there is an affiliate’s request pending and instead I would like to receive a mail for being alerted when it occurs
