Receive payments in Euro in a CA$ Stripe account?

Hi,
My Woocommerce site is actually setup in Canadian dollar but 80% of my traffic and customers are from Europe. For this reason, I am thinking to change the currency of my site to Euro.
But to avoid currency conversion problems that would complexify my accounting, I would like to keep my Stripe account in Canadian dollar.
If I setup my Woocommerce shop in Euro and I change all my prices in Euro on my site, when my customers will make payments in Euro using Stripe, the Euro amount receive in my Stripe account will be converted in Canadian dollar if I keep it as my default currecny in Stripe, right?
I would prefer to be sure how it works before to make this change.

Yes, that is correct, the amount charged would be in Euros and this would land in your Stripe account as Canadian Dollars.

You cusotmer was charged in EUR, but we’ll transfer the funds to you in GBP.
So in short, customer pays in Euros, your bank account received a payout from Stripe in Canadian Dollars.
