Receive sent message conformation, but no email is delivered

    Hi,

    I have painstakingly worked through your help documentation and Contact Form 7 still doesn’t send messages?

    Tested with,
    No other plugins activated
    Changed themes to Twenty Sixteen
    Reinstalled Contact Form 7
    All plug-ins and themes are up to date
    No debug errors are generated

    I’m out of ideas. Some help would be appreciated.
