    Hi @najwajamal,

    I took a look at the error message. It looks like your SMTP server isn’t validating the login information. Basically what you can try is updating your password on the SMTP server and then in WP Mail SMTP to make sure they are both the same. If you’re still unable to connect, you could try connecting to another SMTP server, such as a free account from SendLayer or SMTP2Go. If that connection works, it would indicate the issue is with your SMTP account or SMTP server.
