Receive the Select Menu selection on the Mail

Hi, i have a Select Menu (list of items that one can be selected), and i want to receive by email which was selected. Which parameter should i include on the email?

I have these one right now

[your-name] [your-email]
[your-subject]
[your-message]

I tried [select menu] but it is not working.
