    Hello my client received an email about her Meta ad account

    “4 Event parameters blocked

    It looks like data in your event parameters may go against the Sharing Business Tool Data with Meta policy in our terms.
    Examples of information you should not send to us include:

    Health, financial or other categories of sensitive topics about people
    Information from or about children under the age of 13
    Customer information parameters that are not hashed as required by Meta
    Identifiers such as social security numbers and credit card numbers

    Hi @mariosnft

    This is a pixel tracking issue on Facebook’s end as we don’t send those parameters, but Facebook does get them automatically for their browser events. I found a video which explains further: https://youtu.be/sM9yNkBK6Eg

    After doing some Google searches, I found that if you implement advanced matching (custom conversions and custom audiences) features to enhance your ad campaign performance, the Facebook pixel automatically takes the URLs for the browser events. It is possible that the last_name and first_name parameters are being added to the URL and tracked by Facebook Pixels.

    First, I suggest you contact Facebook support to troubleshoot this. Their system made a mistake, and they should know about it.
