• Hi, got the following email from WordPress that this plugin is causing a fatal error:

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Weight Tracker.

It says the error is in my dashboard on the settings page. (page=ws-ls-settings)

The functionality seems fine but I’m worried about it. Is there a way to fix this? I want to purchase the pro version and install the meal tracker too but I’m worried about more errors if I don’t fix this first.

I saw this in the error code: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function ws_ls_harris_benedict_calorie_subtract_ranges(

something about the calorie subtract ranges? Do I just need to fix that somehow? I’m so confused and am literally just starting out with coding.
Any help you can give would be very appreciated!

Here is more info about what I’m using:

    WordPress version 5.4.1
Current theme: Olympus child Theme (version 1)
Current plugin: Weight Tracker (version 7.6.1)
    PHP version 7.1.14

    Error Details
    =============
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 345 of the file

    Thanks

Ah let me look in the code. It may be a case a Pro function is being called that isn’t yet included.

    I’ll get back yo you!

    I’ve found the issue!

    I’ll put 7.6.2 out shortly.

    Thanks for reporting it.

    Thank you for the response!
I need to integrate with gravity forms so I need to upgrade to pro.
Would you recommend I just upgrade even with the error? Or should I delete it and reinstall it?
    Thanks again!

    Ah should be fine now.

The error message has gone in the latest version of Weight Tracker. Simply upgrade ??
