Received filled out form in another language

Our form is originally set up in german. Someone from poland apparently filled out our form because we received the filled form with all the labels and headlines and most fields translated into polish (except for the textarea field which the user filled out in german). The same thing happened in spanish a while ago. Is that something that can be changed through the plugin itself?
