Receiving confirmation but not message?

    Hi, I have recently installed your plugin and am thinking about taking the pro version but I first need to clarify a problem.

    I believe I had filled the fields out right https://prnt.sc/nt8817.
    However, when I receive my confirmation e-mail from the comment, I am only receiving the confirmation e-mail and not the actual comment sent through the contact form https://prnt.sc/nt87xv.

    When I test, the sender of the comment is receiving the correct confirmation e-mail https://prnt.sc/nt884w.

    The problem I am having is, if anyone sends me comments or anything through the contact form, I can’t see what they have written? Your help in this would be most grateful?

    Hi iannai69,

    To display the information submitted by users, you’ll need to include the Smart Tag {all_fields} in the Message field in the notification settings (here’s a screenshot of an example).

    In case it helps to share, you can create multiple notifications with any of the paid licenses in WPForms. This will allow you to send different notification content to different recipients when the form is submitted.
