Receiving 404 Error when Authorizing

I have followed the documentation, when clicking the authorize button I am able to log in to my O365 account but then the page throws a 404 not found. My redirect URI is set to URL/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=mail-integration-365-settings but never passes the “code” into the configuration.
