Receiving an Error When Adding Forms

    Im getting the following error when attempting to add a new form. Im working in a local development environment running on Ampps.

    Hi,

    I apologize, I didn’t get notifications for your earlier responses. Thanks for those solutions. I realized it was a low priority during the project i was working on to get it running locally. Once i saw your solution, I tried it on our dev server ( which is not locally hosted ) and it worked perfectly, so I will be building it in to the final project after all. Thanks for the help.
