receiving double mails quite empty/ flamingo

Good day,
I am receiving twice the email from the contact form. Perhaps is it due to the fact that I am also the Admn ?
But what worries me is that they are quite empty.
The first one only shows tags
The second one only shows the text of the [textarea your-message] tag content. Which is a little quite better but not enought…Indeed, here are the tags I have put in the mail body part which I would like to appear in a mail :

[text* your-name]Date de naissance :
[tel tel-59 placeholder]E-mail :
[email* your-email]Résident :
[checkbox checkbox-517 “Résident de la ville”]Nationalité :

In flamingo I have all the contents. Unfortunatly they are introduced by tags and not titles despicte the fact that I tried : flamingo_ Titre du message : “[text your-subject]“, as it is said on one of your post.
In one of the two mails I am receiving, I only got the message field.
How can I fixe all that ?
