Receiving emails from some pages but not others

  • I’m using contact form 7 for a simple contact form. I put this form in a text widget in a footer widget which appears on every page of my site. I get emails sent to me from this form when the form was completed on 4 of the pages. But on the other 4 pages of the site, I do not receive an email. It’s the same form. Same short-code. Same response message. Same everything. Why does this work on some pages and not others?? Anyone know?

    Actually it seems that I can send from any page, but not every time. I originally tested by filling in the contact form on each page one by one in one sitting. I think I got the first two or three. The next time I did it, I sent from the ones that didn’t work last time. I got the first two. Why? Obviously a real user wouldn’t be filling in the contact form on every page, so if I get at least one from each attempt at contact that should be ok.
