Receiving form is difficult

  • Email From, From Name, Email, Other is all very confusing; and sometimes custom text is needed like with % etc. After many months of support request it still is not clear how I can receive the form and send a copy to the submitter. Support can’t explain it clear enough. The email part is terribly frustrating.

    I simply want to receive the form and send a copy to the submitter. Why is this so difficult?

    We are sorry for your troubling experience. However, form email setup is not as hard as it may seem.

    Please refer to the FAQ section at the bottom of this page, question #13:

    Quoting:

    13. Can I email form submissions to multiple recipients?

    Email to send submissions to setting allows you to add multiple emails as recipients. Write the email address and press the small plus button next to the input.

    Furthermore, you can use CC and BCC options to provide extra email addresses.

    Also, quoting question #14:

    14. Does Form Maker provide email auto-responder?

    You can use Email Options from Form Options of your form to configure custom message and send it to the submitter. Make sure to make the changes from Email to User section of this page.

    Filled in form field values can be included within the email. Click on field indicators above text editor to add them to custom email content.
