Receiving Message in Player "STREAM NOT FOUND"

    I have recently transferred my site to WordPress. Downloaded and installed the Spider Video Player for WordPress. and after configuring i receive the message “Stream Not Found”

    I have encountered this problem previously the fixes were to ensure the url address is coorect and converting the video file codecs to h264 from AAC.

    I have tried these fixes any still have the problem.

    I hope you can assist me.
