Receiving Payments Order Status Remains Pending

I am receiving orders and payments from both Paypal and Stripe (through Mijireh). The order status for all orders is pending when I believe they should be changing to processing after payment is received.

I do not believe this is an IPN issue as the issue is persistent for both payment gateways.

Any tips greatly appreciated!
