    Hi,

    I received a reply to a recently sent newsletter. The reply message is obviously a spam message. The sender isn’t a subscriber for this newsletter.

    Any idea how this could happen and what we should do to prevent this in the future?

    Hi there @jramerman,

    Do you have Sign up Confirmation (Double Opt-in) Feature enabled? Also do you have recaptcha on your forms?

    If the answer is “no” for both questions, it’s likely that a bot has subscribed to your subscription form and started to receive your newsletters.

    Do you think this could be the case here?
