Receiving thousands of emails from Ultimate Video Gallery

Our website was using Ultimate Video Gallery for videos (we are on the DNN platform). I tried to upload a video and started receiving thousands upon thousands of emails saying that no more videos can be added, and that to add more videos I would have to purchase a license and activate it. How do I get these emails to stop? I have been receiving about 2500 – 3000 per day, from [email protected] (a valid CharityVillage email address) and from the IP 66.11.157.61. Our IT department suggested that I would need to contact Ultimate Video Gallery to have these emails stopped. Thanks!
