Receiving trackback pings

I have set up my blog to receive trackbacks/pingbacks, but I’m not getting them. I have made certain that “Allow link notifications from other Weblogs…” is checked in Options>>Discussion. There is nothing awaiting moderation. I’m not sure if they trackbacks were never received, or if they are just not getting displayed.

My understanding is that they should show up mixed in with comments automatically. Is this correct, or do I need another tag in my templates?
