  • What exactly do you mean by “not update”? Do you mean that newer comments are not visible? Or something else?

@threadi yes, newer comments are not visible

In my test system it works without any problems.

Have you activated cache plugins? Deactivate them as a test.

Also test the view with another browser if yours has cached it.

Thank you for letting me know that it works without any problems in a test system. That doesn’t help me, however. I normally use Firefox. I tested my site in Chrome with the same result.

I am impressed with your WordPress knowledge. Unfortunately, I have no idea what “Have you activated cache plugins? Deactivate them as a test.”

I have repeatedly cleared the cache in Firefox.

    Thank you.

Since it works for me and not for you, there must be a reason that is causing this on your website. Since it should not be due to the theme, it may be due to a plugin that you are using. Plugins change the behavior of WordPress, sometimes aucMy tip with the cache plugin is therefore the first thing you should check in such a case.

If you are not sure about this, I would recommend that you simply deactivate all plugins in the backend under Plugins. Then check whether the list has been updated. If so, it was due to one of the plugins you were using. You can reactivate them in the same place in the backend – possibly individually so that you can then find out which plugin is to blame.

If you can’t make any progress yourself, my recommendation would be to find someone who can help you personally. Your hoster’s support (where you have stored/installed your project) may be able to help. You may have someone in your area who can look into this with you. Or you can find someone here: https://jobs.wordpress.net/
