    Good morning,

This plugin has been great for awhile, but sometime over the past week, whenever i go to log into the admin dashboard, I get a 403 forbidden error. Also, when i try and send out emails from a newsletter plugin on my site, it also tells me that i do not have permission to do that (worked fine in the past). If i disable ip geo block, everything works fine.

I have changed no settings on it recently. I am using in combination with wp-security and wordfence.

Anyone else having this problem? Thanks!

    Hi @drosszro,

    Thank you for your reporting.

but sometime over the past week, whenever i go to log into the admin dashboard, I get a 403 forbidden error.

I’m very sorry for your inconvenience. The most probable cause may be some JavaScript error. So would you check if there’s some JS error on admin dashboard on your browser?

As for me, I will check compatibility with your plugins. Is Is Newsletter you are using?

I’d be very happy if I can solve this issue. So I hope your kind cooperation.

    Thanks.

    Thank you for the reply.

    The newsletter plugin is: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/email-subscribers/

If i disable geo block and then login to my sites, then re-enable it, i can navigate around okay, but that is when the newsletter issue arises.

The error is see in console is: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

Is there an email i can contact you directly at instead of discussing this in a public forum?

    Thank you!

    Hi @drosszro,

Thank you for letting me know about Email Subscribers & Newsletters.

    I could reproduce the issue.

Please add es-sendemail into “Exceptions” at “Admin ajax/post” in “Back-end target settings” section.

    es-sendemail

Unfortunately, IPGB can’t find all the valid internal requests. If you enable “Record “Validation logs”” in “Privacy and record settings” section, you can find this information in the text box at “Diagnostic information” in “Plugin settings” section.

    Diag information

I hope this may solve the issue.

    Thank you for reporting this.
