Recent Jetpack Update Deleted Posts

I recently updated my Jetpack plugin but received a fatal error. I had to go to the FTP File Manager via my host and delete the plugin in order to access my site and get it back up and running again. My site is https://www.iranwithrobert.com

However, after finally logging in, I noticed that two of my most recent posts are deleted. They just don’t exist anymore. They are not in the trash folder at all. Several pages also reverted to what they were weeks ago.

How can I get them back and undo all the regression?

Please give me as simple an explanation as possible. I am trying to learn as much about this stuff as I can but I am still a pretty green novice.
