Recent Jobs Widget stopped refreshing

    Hey guys,

    it looks like some time ago the “recent jobs posting” widget stopped refreshing itself. It shows the same jobs even though new ones are posted as long as the ones being displayed are still online. It will only move to the next, once one of the listings shown will expire. This is a weird behavior, because before it always shows the last jobs that were posted.

    Any idea why that’s happening? Thanks a lot in advance ??

    Hi Philip ( @strothi ) !

    This sounds like a problem with some sort of caching or minifying plugin you may be running on your site. I would recommend you try disabling other plugins and then re-saving the widget settings before refreshing the page to check if anything changed.

    If you get the correct jobs showing up, I would recommend you try enabling plugins again to see if the problem was resolved.

    Dear @bindlegirl,

    thanks for your suggestion. So, I have run multiple tests on my website and the issue is quite strange, as it seems to just appear when I set the number of jobs to 3! As you can see here, the widget shows different data depending on the number of jobs it is set to show: https://fslci.org/jobs/ (sidebar & footer)

    I deactivated ALL plugins except for WP Jobs Manager and the weird behavior remains. I thought it might indeed be a strange caching issue, but I cleared the cache in the backend multiple times, checked with different browsers and yet, nothing changes.

    Any idea what might cause this issue or what I still could test?

    I checked your site but I see the same jobs in both widgets. Did you manage to figure it out?
