    I’ve been making backups with Updraftplus for months now. I send them to my e-mailaddress. Always 5 files: plugins, themes, uploads, others and db.

    As of late however, there’s only 4 files: everything except for the plugins.

    Is this a bug?

    Hi,

    Could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? You can find this log in the Existing Backups tab of your UpdraftPlus Settings page.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    The log is not showing any error adding the backup files to the report email. However, it is possible that the plugins backup file is being lost by the mail server due to the total size of the backup.

    Could you temporarily set UpdraftPlus to backup to a different remote storage location (Dropbox has free accounts and is easy to set up). Does the full backup arrive?

    The backup is now ~37.6MB in size. Most mail servers have an attachment limit of 10-25MB.
    The logs shows that the Uploads backup is close to the top of this limit. You may need to consider switching to a different remote storage location.
