Recent reviews not displaying on CusRev site

    Hi team,

    I receive a few reviews each week, and appreciate your plugin – thanks! But I noticed the “Most recent” reviews on your site are only showing 55 days or more. In other words, it seems the last 55 days of reviews are not showing.

    Can you please investigate and assist?

    Can you please share some screenshots of recent reviews in the admin area > Reviews > Reviews?

    Thanks for the reply, I was about to share a screenshot and then saw that the reviews were showing as “Private”. I then found the setting to make it “Live mode”. Is it possible to change the status of the “Private” reviews such that they are in “Live mode”?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, there is no option to convert reviews from Private to Live mode. You can collect new reviews in Live mode to display them on your store page at cusrev.com.
