• We tested their recent update and found a conflict with WooCommerce Product Feed Elite for large stores. Trackhip causes the batch processing of the feed generation to stop during generation. No fatal error is thrown, but it stops the feed generation process due to conflicting processes. We isolated this issue to their latest release and have raised the issue to the publisher of Trackship; however, they are blaming the plugin provider. They tested their app against theirs on a small store and said everything was fine even through we informed them that the issue happens on stores with larger product counts that their small test store. Given that Trackship has only 5,000 installs and the feed has 90,000+ installs, we decided to stop using Trackship and moved to a competitor product which we tested as not have any issues with the feed plugin.
