• I manage a site that has just launched an online event that requires several thousand people to signup and set passwords. The recent update appears to have altered the password reset link and broken it. Luckily caught this after just a hundred signups.

    If you hit the “Create pages” button, ProfilePress replaces the default lost password page with a custom frontend one.

    If you want to still use the default WP lost password page, go to Settings >> Global Settings >> unselect the page in “Password Reset” section.

    The scammer replied to this but not the 200+ other bad reviews of their cynical cash-grab.

    GTFO scammer.
