Thanks for reporting the issue – unfortunately you haven’t provided any details on the issue or any error message, so there’s nothing I can take action on. If you can describe the issue, and copy-paste the error message from your WordPress debug.log file (see https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/handbook/appendix/using-wp_debug/ for more info), then I could take action on this (assuming the issue points to something I can fix or improve in the WPSSO SSB add-on). ??

You can login to your site by FTP or use the file manager from cPanel, etc., and remove the wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wpsso-ssb/ folder (or rename it). WordPress will then disable the plugin automatically. You should also make sure you’re using the latest version of WordPress, since WordPress should have sent you an email automatically to alert you of the issue.
