Last night one of my sites automatically upgraded Jigoshop Ecommerce to 2.0.8 and died.
White screen of death no less.
    Error logs showed the following:

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/churtonw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop-ecommerce/vendor/composer/autoload_files.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/churtonw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop-ecommerce/vendor/composer/autoload_real.php on line 43

Inspection of the files showed that autoload_files.php does indeed not exist.

In fact it doesn’t exist in the wind back version I used either so my guess is that the issue is in autoload_real.php

I reinstalled the previous version of Jigoshop Ecommerce (2.0.7) and its up and running again.

Is this a problem that will get fixed before the next auto update happens.

  • Hi
Redownload the plugin from www.ads-software.com – It might’ve been corrupted if something happened while updating it.

    Hi Mouli,

We tend to test new development versions on number of platforms and at least 3 times before we publish a new version of a plugin. I have just checked and the file is in the plugin itself, I have also checked for changes and it wasn’t uploaded or changed during the release of Jigoshop eCommerce 2.0.8.

I have had a chance to talk to our Senior developer and he believes that it’s an issue with plugin management system on WordPress.

As per suggestion from Martin, please re-upload the plugin and it should work fine.
