Recent uploaded Images not showing in the Gallary

I migrated my site to a new account on the same host, I backup the files and DB manually and move it.

I updated PHP version, WordPress to current and also updated the theme to the current version and all the plugins.

The site is working fine. but whenever I upload an image, I got an error saying “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later” The images are actually uploaded when I check the folder via FTP.

I also noticed that all images from 2020 till date are not showing but image before 2020 are showing correctly

please How can I fix this
