Recent/Oldest posts

Hi. I wanted to know if there was a way for me to post the ‘oldest’ posts instead of the most ‘recent’ ones. ‘Programs’ is a tab on my WP dashboard. Also, is there a way for me to just specify which ‘programs’ posts I wish to display. Thanks.
