Recieving all emails EXCEPT Paid

First of all I LOVE WP-Invoice… this is a GREAT plugin.. THANK YOU!
I am having an issue of neither the user or me (admin) receiving the “PAID” email notification (when entering the payment in manually).
I receive NEW invoice notification emails… but NOT “PAID” emails… I have “Send email confirmation to the client” checked yes… and I also have WP-CRM checked “Use CRM to send notifications”. In WP-CRM under Settings-> notifications -> I have “WPI: Invoice Paid (Client Receipt)” checked..
Am I missing something?
