Recipe Blog (503 Error)

    Hello,

    I am trying to download the recipe blog template from Kadence Starter Templates and every time I try I get an error 503 and nothing gets imported apart from three pictures of burgers.

    Can anyone help with this?

  • Hi,
    I can’t recreate this. 503 is something in the server so likely something was put in your PHP error logs. Can you ask your host to find what error occurred? Could be that your server has a low max execution time.

    Thank you for your reply. I have requested information from my hosting supplier (Hostinger) and have received the following information:

    The error was due to the server hitting my RAM limit (I am on a shared hosting plan). They temporarily increased my RAM allowance and I was able to download the theme without issue.
