Hi Sarah, today I’m looking at my recipe post back in Jan (last post sadly) to insert picture. Noticed I can’t save and need to contact support. Hope they will response.

It has not been working for a few weeks. ?? I can not log in even though I KNOW that my username and password are correct.

I can’t log in too. Had Tweet them about this issue. Might need to change to other recipe card then if no respond/solution.
I read in the plugin review that Walmart has taken over YumPrint – seems like support has not been the priority.

I am having the same problem and have sent two emails to support@yumprint with no response. Has anyone resolved the issue on their own? Has anyone tried a different Recipe Card plugin and if so, is it compatible with you old recipes/index?

I am also having a problem logging in to Yumprint. I have not been able to log in for several weeks now. I have sent an email to support at yumprint but have not received any response. I am very dissapointed as this holds all of my recipes. Shame on me. I am now using copy me that. This recipe site alows me to back up my recipes on my computer so I don’t have to depend on the site to be up and running. Good luck to everyone who were using Yumprint. Maybe some day in the future we will be able to retrieve our favorite recipes.
