Recipe Image double-cropped in Google SERP

Hello, I am using WPRM in many of our recipes, including recipe images.
This is an example:

Google in Search Results however crops the recipe image twice.

When I inspect the Google Search Results page, I can see that the (square) image has been initially cropped to landscape 125x70px:

Ideally I wish Google would display my full recipe image, as uploaded to WPRM.
