Recipe Index on Indexes Not Displaying

  • Hi there, I own a recipe blog and everything works fine on my desktop. However, my Recipe Index does not show any images and does not allow me to click through in WPTouch when on my phone. I took a screen shot of what it looks like but can’t upload it here…I can send it though. Can someone please help and let me know how to fix this? I have tried everything on my own but can’t solve the issue. Thks.

    @ 1st i thought your shortcode was defined in your theme’s functions.php (wpt naturally bypasses your them), but i looked @ it on desktop & the s.c isn’t defined @ all;-\ the desktop link is https://thesavvysweetpotato.com/indexes/recipe-index/, which does work on mobile, so the problem is ur wpt menu (as well as the missing shortcode def)

    Hi @ruthcory1,

    Like @airdrummer says, the issue doesn’t seem to be specific to WPtouch, since the same issue seems to be happening in the desktop theme. Any shortcodes powered by a plugin should also be available in WPtouch. Only shortcodes powered by the desktop theme may not always be available in the WPtouch theme.

    For those cases, WPtouch Pro includes a feature to process the desktop theme’s shortcodes in the WPtouch Pro theme.

    So in the meantime, I would check that the plugin for the ‘riview’ shortcodes is active in the Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard.
