Recipient DisplayName

    Good morning,
    is it possible to insert a tag that identifies the ‘DisplayName’ or the first and last name of the recipient of the notification when a new post is published?

    I would like to achieve something like this:

    Dear First Name Last Name,
    an article called: Post Title has been published.

    I have seen the snippet here https://docs.bracketspace.com/notification/developer/snippets/triggers/user
    but I think it only works in user-related notifications.

    Hi @emmeellep, unfortunately not yet. The reason is that you can send that notification to the email recipient outside of WordPress, ie custom email. We don’t know the user name in this case.

    We have that feature in the backlog and it will probably be released at some point.
