Recipient email field not showing on the gift card plugin

  • I installed the yith
    woocommerce gift card on my site, but the recipient email field doesn’t show on the product page. What could be the problem?

    Hello there,

    hope you are doing well ??

    First of all check that your gift card product is virtual.
    If it was virtual then try changing the theme to a default one like “Twenty Twenty”.
    If still doesn’t work try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and Gift Cards.
