Recipient in Gravity Forms

Hi

This is driving me crazy. We’ve purchased Gravity Forms, and we’re having a good time creating forms.

But where the h**l do I choose recipient? Where the e-mail should be sent in each form? I’ve looked everywhere it seems and no, Google won’t help me
