Recipients Drop Down/Pipes not working

I have gone through all the forums but keep getting this message
“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”In the form I have:
<label> Send to [select* your-recipient "1|[email protected]" "2|[email protected]" "3|[email protected]" "4|[email protected]" ] </label>and in Mail I have in the TO field:
[your-recipient]I added an SMTP plugin that is functioning properly and still nothing. I am using the latest versions of WP and CF7.

I get an error with a orange border.
I set up Flamingo and get this:
{ “success”: false, “error-codes”: [ “incorrect-captcha-sol” ] }When it was a single recipient using the basic set up it sent just fine. With multiple recipients the captcha does not validate.
