Recollect CVC even the card is already saved

    Currently, when a customer who has already saved his card on Google can buy through our site without any verification. I made a test purchase and there was no verification. This leads to fraudulent disputes on Stripe from students. We can’t win the dispute because there was no CVC check from our end. Stripe recommends recollecting CVC during the checkout process even though their card is saved. This will reduce fraudulent disputes and improve our dispute success rate.

    Is there any way we can recollect the CVC even the card is already saved?

    Hello @codenpy,

    I understand you want to verify the CVC even if the customer has saved their card information.

    I’m afraid that’s not possible from the plugin settings, at least not by default. However, you can disable paying with the saved card altogether from WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe
