Recommend Plugin for both link to and embedding maps

Advice please. I’ve been looking at a number of different Google map plugins but can’t seem to find exactly what I want. I need the ability to (a) embed maps into the page showing multiple editable markers, and (b) put just a link, say on the word MAP, to open the map in a pop up, and (c) be able to create a map and marker where Google cannot find the address.
