    I’ve just installed the ‘Stop WP emails going to spam’ plug in and have the error message:

    Current record SPF record for studentwellbeingcourse.com:
    v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email ~all

    Recommend you add +ip6: to your SPF record

    I tried asking the WordPress support to help me figure out the next step but they said I needed to ask the plugin developers.

    I’m not a developer but would so appreciate any help on what I should first to try to address this error message.

    I assume you are on WordPress business plan?

    Basically to SPF record in yourDNS does not have your server IP

    You can updated your SPF record to be

    v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email a ~all

    Adding the a will allow your server IP address a permitted sender.

    Thanks so much for this.

    Yes, I have WP business plan

    I’ve successfully added: v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email a ~all

    The error message on the plugin has not changed from:

    ‘Current record SPF record for studentwellbeingcourse.com:
    v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email ~all

    Recommend you add +ip6: to your SPF record’

    But I’ve noticed that the ‘old’ SPF record (v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email ~all) is still active. Should I delete that one?
