Recommendations for Simply Feed?

  • Hi everyone!

    I am the developer for the Simply Feed plugin.

    I noticed that some people have downloaded the plugin but have not rated it or asked support questions.

    I would like your input on what can be improved or corrected.

    I couldn’t get it working correctly.

    there are no examples that I can find. I just guessed & put the url of the feed in quotes in the function & I get an error:

    Warning: file_put_contents(/data/17/1/56/21/1382673/user/1483461/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/simply-feed/cache/http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.twitter.com%2Fsearch.atom%3Fq%3Dmusic) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/17/1/56/21/1382673/user/1483461/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/simply-feed/simply-feed.php on line 85

    here’s the code i’m using:

    <?php simply_feed(‘https://search.twitter.com/search.atom?q=music&#8217;); ?>

    You need more instructions on how to use the plugin. Examples of usage will increase the download rate.

    If you don’t know how to use the code it’s kind of useless.
