Recommendations not showing

  • Does the Data Status light under the Related Content section of your settings page show a Processing or Ready light? As soon as the Data Status light reads Ready, the recommendations should appear for your selected placements on your site. Make sure to clear your browser cache and any caching plugins so that you are loading the latest resources.
