Recommendations of books for CODEX, theme and plugins

  • NOTE: I want “GOOD” books and updated.

    Hi WP community. In the past months, I started studying the “other side of WordPress”: codex, theme development, plugins, etc. The fact is that I′m doing well and I want to learn more. So, in this sense, I want to know if you have GOOD books to recommend for these keywords: codex, theme, plugins, widgets…
    The true is that the last books that I purchase were “not as good as I expected”. I′ll appreciate every recommendation. Think, also, that you will contribute to teach this user.
