Recommended featured image dimension other than homepage

    Hi,

    I am looking to use the twenty seventeen theme going forwards and I want to know the recommended dimensions for featured images other than the homepage eg. a single post page? I assume they are the same as the recommended dimensions for the header?

  • Hi Roshan,

    They don’t set any recommended dimensions for the featured images other than the homepage. Featured image takes original size.

    I tested a smaller sized featured image 2000 x 500 so the image doesn’t take up the full screen view.
    I think the recommended size is 2000 x 1200 which would take up the full screen view.

    @abhishilawat @sounds Thanks for the replies, I think I will use 2000 x 1200 px size for featured images.
