    Hi Gioni,

Is there any info you can point me to regarding optimal settings when running WooCommerce with WP Cerber? I searched your blog but didn’t find much. Just want to make sure Cerber can still run properly with Woo so that orders do not get refused for one reason or another.

    Thanks for your time!
    Best

  • I found by going into ‘Antispam’ settings and query whitelisting:
    ?wc-ajax
then enabling ‘Safe mode (allow AJAX)’ stopped all unnecessary Woo blocks.

I hope that helps from another users’ perspective!

The right value for the whitelist is

    /?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments

P.S. The next version of Cerber will bring an update that improves compatibility with the latest version of WooCommerce and will not require using this string.

Apologies @gioni as I’ve already expressed this in other support threads, but your solution is not fully correct. Even if you whitelist get_refreshed_fragments, other Woo elements still get blocked.

For WooCommerce users, here is a more complete Whitelist solution after testing in the wild:

    ?wc-ajax
    edit-account

    Hope that helps!

Hey Gioni and Gravatard.. thank you both for the response.

I will attempt to implement the whitelist solution you provided when I get around to installing Woo on my new site. Thank you both for your time.
