Recommended sizes

    Hello, forgive me if his has been covered in another topic, but I haven’t seen the info in the setup or FAQ.

    Is there recommended sizes for the uploaded images? I found lower resolution images do not show up once selected. But larger test images are not square in dimension, and therefore I cannot crop or change the image. This is fine, as long as I know the correct size to upload. What is this?

  • I advise you to use images > 150 x 150 pixels

    I see the suggested avatars work well on the default 2015 theme. I have quite a customised theme on my production site. Although the normal way of adding a group avatar works, using the suggested avatars, the avatar does not update and remains as the default. Is there anything that can be obvious to causing this?
